6. Meet up is available for all customers (recommended), RougeBerries is located in BSB. B$1 meet-up fee will be charged. Time and location (normally in Mall,Gadong) will only be confirmed when both parties are happy with it.
For customers from other district and who choose to have their items shipped through post (buyer is responsible for all shipping charges), orders will be considered as CONFIRMED only when payment has been received and confirmed by us. Once the order has been confirmed, no cancellation of order is possible
7. Items will be shipped off only when we receive full and confirmed payment from buyers.
8. RougeBerries will not hold any responsibility or should be found liable for any delay, lost or damages of products which occur during shipping.

GENERAL
1. Sorry but what do you mean by "Reserved / In-stock / Out of Stock / Restocking / Coming Soon" again?
RESERVE - With this, it means that the item is currenly being reserved. Item will only be reserved for the maximum of TWO (2) days once your order is confirmed by us.Buyer MUST confirm with us the preferred meet-up time and date within 2 days and item(s) MUST be collected within 5 days.The status will be updated to "SOLD" once meetup had been made. Item will be relisted if one fails to make the payment within the specified time frame or when no contact has been made with us for any delay of payments due to unforeseen circumstances (if any).
IN STOCK - Simple, it means that *rolldrum* "GRAB IT WHILE YOU CAN!" Item is still available. Hah!
OUT OF STOCK - Item no longer available, better luck next time. /boo
RESTOCKING - GOOD NEWS! We at times will only restock items which is high in demand.
COMING SOON - We are currently waiting for our stock to arrive from overseas.
2. Just wondering, how timely (updated) is the status of the item availability in your virtual shop?
We, RougeBerries-ians will try our best to provide our customers with the latest status update as frequent as possible. More than Twice daily! Please refer to our store policy as well, all of our items listed will be reserved on a "first come first serve" basis, if you like our items, please do fill out the order form as soon as you can :D Most of our items come only in one quantity (otherwise stated) in order to keep it unique for everyone.
3. Okay, this is one big question - how do i place the order?
Placing an order in RougeBerries is as easy as popping a peanut into your mouth. Kindly just fill in the required details on the right panel. Also, please do triple check and make sure all the information is correct before sending the form, merci.
4. How do i know if my order has been confirmed or accepted?
Please do be patience and wait for our confirmation email. Once your order has been confirmed by us, an email will be sent to the email-address (which you had entered along with the order form) within 24hours, so please double triple make sure your email-address is (100%) validly entered.If email has not been received from us within 24 hours, please contact us again ASAP.
5. Now, tell me what is your return-policy?
Items are of highest quality you can get at this price! Everything will be thoroughly well checked and we will make sure everything is in its perfect shape before packing the stuffs, hence, no returns will be accepted or exchangeable.
6. Are the pictures showing in your virtual shop apply to "What i see is what i get"?
(Pictures credit to the main bag distributor) Please do allow a slight variation in colour for items in real life as most monitor resolutions are different. Different computer monitors see it differently.Pictures with our Store Logo are live-shot on the real things taken by our Red sony compact camera :)

Payment can be made upon collecting your item(s) during meetup.
SHIPPING
1. Do you do meet-up?
YES, ROUGBERRIES is now offering meet-up for all Brunei Muara district customers, for other districts, kindly contact us for more details about this. SAVE MORE FOR CHOOSING SELF-COLLECTION SERVICE
2. What is your shipping method?
All orders will be sent to the local post office for delivery through POS LAJU (otherwise known as the local Express Mail) right to your doorstep.
3. How much is the shipping cost and how long does it takes?
Standard shipping cost for items below 2KG will be fixed at B$3 within Brunei-Muara District and B$4 for the rest of the districts. Additional $1 will be added to every extra kilo. You can combine several items together and ship it under one order as long as everything stays below 2kg; its B$3/4. The more you buy, the more you save.
Allow us 2 business days to process your order. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days. Also note that we held no responsible for any delay, lost or damage of items once the items leave our hand.
4. How do i know if my items have been shipped out?
All customers will receive a shipping notification (email) from us once your items have been shipped off. So no worries – sit back and relax and sip a cup of tea!
